Andy Worthing – Assistant Product Manager

Why I joined Bayer?

After gaining experience of Bayer during my University placement within Group Purchasing, I joined Consumer Care with the ambition of working in Brand Management. Before doing this I benefited from gaining exposure to other aspects of the business, which helped to develop the understanding and skills I use in my current role. I'm confident that I will continue to develop these skills along with my career at Bayer.

What I like about working for Bayer

It's a cliché but no two days are the same. The variety of responsibilities means that one minute you can be working on a media campaign and the next sorting out production problems. I also enjoy working with a great team of people in Consumer Care and I'm looking forward to working more closely with other colleagues as the new business unit takes shape.
