You will quickly be given responsibility within such consulting projects and will soon be working independently on specific assignments. You will have direct contact to customers and other consultants – in Germany or abroad, depending on the project– and will receive a good insight into various areas of the Bayer Group. You will acquire the necessary consulting tools and methodology through systematic personnel development. In addition you will have an opportunity to shape the momentum of a growing inhouse consulting organization. Your assignments will be an excellent stepping stone for a subsequent career in line functions in the Bayer Group.

Joining this program, you will be assigned to different Supply Chain functions at different Bayer Subgroups (Bayer HealthCare, Bayer CropScience, Bayer Business Services), incl. both operational and managerial job profiles. The 24-month program includes international assignments and training stations in different parts, e.g. Site Logistics, Strategic Supply Chain, Country Supply Chain or related functions like Procurement or Marketing. Furthermore, you participate in Management training modulesand you are mentored by an experienced Senior Bayer Supply Chain Manager. Together with your mentor and the respective HR Business Partner, you will identify individual career perspectives, exchange feedback on your performance and agree on development measures.
