You will join Bayer via our 18 months trainee program in preparation for your later employment as a Controller (m/f) in one of our Subgroups, Service Companies or in the Holding. The program comprises rotational assignments in corporate and divisioncontrolling, finance, accounting, auditing and in foreign affiliated companies. A temporary employment abroad of up to three months duration is inherent part of the program. By establishing your network in the global Bayer organization and by gaining invaluable practical experiences in an international environment, you will prepare for supporting business decisions based on thorough operational and strategic analyses.

Joining this program within Bayer HealthCare Product Supply Pharma, you will be assigned across different manufacturing sites, comprising both pharmaceutical/technical and managerial job profiles. The 24-month program also includes an international assignment and training stations in different functions, such as production (Supply Center in Germany and abroad) and headquarters functions (contract manufacturing, supply chain management, quality assurance). Furthermore, you participate in management training modules and you are mentored by an experienced Bayer Senior Manager. Together with your mentor and the respective Human Resources Business Partner, you will identify individual career perspectives, exchange feedback on your performance and agree on development measures.

Within Bayer’s international headquarters, located in Leverkusen near Cologne, you will join our Human Resources team that provides a proactive global HR service to support line managers, employees and HR Business Partners in achieving their business goals. As an HR Generalist (m/f) in the field of employee data, you will take care of the technical assimilation of business units to SAP GHP (e.g. testing, training), provide support in the area of user authorization for the GHP system as well as improving data quality. Furthermore, you will accompany internal projects and support the administrative activities of the international HR team by performing quality controls on the data in the global HR system and provide the HR team with exact advice on HR data management. Finally, you will be also responsible for the training and support of local HR colleagues in terms of SAP PA and OM.

You will quickly be given responsibility within such consulting projects and will soon be working independently on specific assignments. You will have direct contact to clients and other consultants – in Germany and/or abroad, depending on the project – and will receive good insight into various areas of the Bayer Group. You will acquire and develop the necessary consulting tools and methodology through systematic personnel development. Your work will contribute to shaping the continual development of a growing inhouse consulting organization. Your project assignments will be an excellent starting point for a subsequent management career in a line function within the Bayer Group.
